Our ingredients
To make our feed, 10.6 kg of meat is dried for a 12 kg bag, so that it can be processed better in our pellets. With the right amount of vegetables, fruit and herbs, Yourdog is a healthy, nutritious choice for dogs.
Buffalo
At Yourdog we use meat from free-raised and grass-fed buffalo. Buffalo meat is known for its creamy, fresh taste and rich color and is full of vitamins and minerals. With a lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories, this tender meat is packed with health benefits.
Poultry

Entlebucher mountain dog specific vegetables, herbs and fruits
We have carefully researched the breed characteristics of the Entlebucher Mountain Dog. We also investigated the characteristics of the FCI breed section and the FCI breed group to which the Entlebucher Mountain Dog belongs. Basil
Basil is a genus of the lip flower family. The name comes from Ancient Greek, in which Œbasileus means king, so the alternative name is royal herb. It is native to Central Africa and Southeast Asia.
According to traditional medicine, basil was used as a treatment method for arthritis, bronchitis, colds, stomach ulcers, heart disease and abdominal pain, among other things. Research has shown that basil may have strong antioxidant, antiviral and antimicrobial properties. In addition, basil can promote digestion, it helps with the removal of waste and it can have an antispasmodic and calming effect on the dog.
Thyme
Thyme is a genus of the lip flower family. It includes herbaceous or woody plants with a very aromatic scent. Thyme has been used by the Greeks and Romans as a medicinal herb against lung diseases, rheumatism, paralysis, stomach cramps, growths, headaches, colic and nerve weakness.
The medicinal properties of thyme are confirmed by the high levels of vitamin K it contains. In addition, thyme also contains a lot of iron, but also the minerals calcium and manganese. It also contains the amino acid tryptophan and a significant amount of fiber.
Thyme is anti-inflammatory and has a powerful antibacterial and antifungal effect. In addition, it stimulates the production of white blood cells and strengthens the immune system. Thyme is rich in antioxidants and effectively fights free radicals.
At Yourdog we add thyme to our dog food because it could make a positive contribution to the prevention of breed-specific complaints in relation to rheumatism, paralysis, stomach and nerves. Thyme is also a natural bacteria fighter.
cranberry
The cranberry is a plant from the heather family. This plant is mainly found in the Netherlands on the Wadden Islands and very rare in the rest of the Netherlands. The plant originally comes from North America and is said to have come to the Netherlands for the first time around 1845.
Cranberries contain a unique blend of nutrients that can provide a powerful health boost for dogs. The berries are rich in minerals such as potassium, which ensures a healthy level of vital fluids in the body. These berries are also full of vitamins A, B and C and antioxidants to support the immune system. Vitamin C makes the urine more acidic, which makes the environment in the bladder less attractive to bacteria. Adding cranberry can also have a pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory effect. The healthy fibers in cranberries have a healthy effect on digestion and make you feel full for longer.

Puppy, adult or senior?
To help you make the right choice between our Entlebucher Mountain Dog dog food variants, you can use the following guidelines. If your Entlebucher mountain dog is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variant. For an Entlebucher Mountain Dog older than 7 years, we recommend the Yourdog Entlebucher Mountain Dog Senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the Adult variant.

Switching advice
If you switch to Yourdog from another feed brand, we advise you to follow the following steps. For the first step, feed 25% Yourdog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then you feed 50% Yourdog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important that you let the dog get used to this again for two or three days. Then you mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost completely over to Yourdog. Do this for 2 days. At your own discretion, you can then start feeding 100% Yourdog Entlebucher Mountain Dog dog food.
Storage advice
After opening the Yourdog packaging, the food is exposed to oxygen, moisture and light, which can affect the shelf life and taste. That is why it is important to store the food properly after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage box or barrel in a dry, cool and dark place. It is best not to put the food loose in the barrel, but to put it in the barrel with the whole bag, which you close again as well as possible.
