Pick up Click & Collect or Delivery to Home
You will be informed by email of the fastest collection date / delivery date of your products, so that you can adjust the effective date to your agenda.
Please note that some items that are online in the webshop are in stock in our external warehouses, and are therefore not always immediately available from us in Heist op den Berg. So always wait for your confirmation e-mail before picking up your order. Usually this will be fast, within 1 to 2 days.
You can track delivery at home via a track & trace code, with which you can track your shipment and possibly adjust your delivery date with the courier.
