Press chunk is a chunk with a very high nutritional value because these chunks, as the word says, are pressed. These pressed pellets are all cold-pressed and it is precisely because the temperatures are not too high that a high nutritional value and good intestinal absorption are preserved.

Press pellets are ideal to give in combination with fresh meat as the digestion of press pellets and meat is almost identical. With this kibble, the meat can even be mixed into the kibble, if desired. Keep in mind that once a dog is used to always having something under the kibble, he will most likely not want to eat the kibble without meat underneath.

These pressed pellets can be used for dogs that are often fed meat, that have a sensitive stomach and intestinal system, that are allergic to certain grains such as wheat.

The pressed kibble without gluten has a high absorption due to its excellent raw materials and very little of it needs to be fed. You should weigh the kibble and not exceed the recommended feeding amount in the initial phase.

If you switch from expanded kibble to pressed kibble, it is advisable to use up the current kibble first and then carefully start with the pressed kibble. The first day you give 1/3 of his required amount, day two you give 2/3 of the required amount and if this goes well, from day three you give his normal portion as indicated in the feeding table.
